what i did was a banana diet
basically you eat 3 bananas a day,
AND ONLY 3 BANANAS A DAY
and maybe tons of galons of water.
i tried it because i need to lose weight fast
and as a asian who eats rice everyday,

TORTURE.
my advice for you?
DONT DO THIS.
you could just do other diet, and you'll be fine.
